POS reports and the end-of-day report
Sales by staff member, location, register and item, discounts, the hourly heat map, location comparison, and the Z report that closes the day.
Open this page in your dashboardWhere to find reports
Open POS reports from the menu. Pick a period with the buttons or the dates; it stays the same as you move between tabs. On each tab you can narrow to one location or register, and Export CSV downloads the numbers.
Staff
For each staff member: receipts, units, sales, returns, net, average sale, and discounts given.

- The period, and net sales compared with the period right before it.
- Staff members, highest net first.
If you use appointments, each team member shows here too, with completed appointments, no-shows and net sales.
Locations and registers
Compare your locations: net, each one's share of the total, average sale, returns and profit. Each register is listed below.

Items and discounts
- Items: your top 100 items by quantity, revenue, profit and margin, followed by categories.
- Discounts: the total, discounted sales, the discount rate, discounts by staff member, and the largest discounts with their receipts.
The hourly heat map
Each square is one hour on one day of the week. Darker means more sales, and the number is the receipt count. Use it to plan shifts and staffing.

The end-of-day (Z) report
Open the End of day tab and pick a day. You'll see the receipt range, sales, discounts, returns, drawer activity, sales by payment method, and each shift with its cash over/short.

- Print on receipt paper.
- Close day gives it a sequential number and saves a fixed copy of its numbers.
Closed days are listed under Closed days at the bottom of the page. If a day's numbers change after closing, you'll see how many sales were added, and the closed copy stays as it was.
Reports subtract a return from the day of the original sale. The Z report shows it on the day it happened.
