Mobile wallets and POS reports
Set up your mobile-wallet lines with your fees and limits, send and cash out for customers, and follow in-store sales and profit in reports.
Open this page in your dashboardWallets
Open POS → Wallets and click Add wallet (store owner or staff with the Finance permission).
- Enter the line name, provider and number, and its current balance.
- Set the Transfer fee, Withdrawal fee and Minimum fee, plus any provider fee on transfers.
- Set the Daily limit and Monthly limit for money going out of the line (0 = no limit).
For every operation you see the suggested fee and its effect on the drawer, the line balance and your earnings before you confirm.

When you charge by Wallet in the point of sale, pick the line and the amount goes straight into its balance.
POS reports
Open POS → POS reports and pick a period: net sales, number of sales and average sale, sales by day, payment methods, top sellers and cashiers. The store owner and staff with the Finance permission also see cost of goods, gross profit and net profit (after expenses and wallet earnings). Click Export CSV to open it in Excel.
