Apexfy is operated by Apex (getapex.tech), a software company based in Egypt.

This policy explains how Apexfy ("we") collects, uses and protects data when you visit this website, open a store on the platform, or order from a store that runs on it.

Data we collect

• Store owners: name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email, country, store details and products, and subscription payment details.
• Store customers: name, phone, address, country and region, and order details — processed on behalf of the store so the order can be delivered.
• Technical data: device and browser type, pages visited, and essential cookies for the cart, sign-in and remembering your language.

How we use it

• To run the platform and stores, and to fulfil and ship orders.
• To contact you about your account or order, and for technical support.
• For security and to prevent fake orders and fraud.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with: shipping companies (customer name, phone and address), payment gateways when you pay your subscription, and the hosting and database providers we run the platform on. If a store owner enables the Facebook or TikTok pixel or product feeds, those platforms receive data under their own policies.

Retention and security

We keep data while the account is active and afterwards for as long as the law requires (invoices and accounting). Data is encrypted in transit, every store is isolated from the others, and only a store's owners can access its data.
