Terms of service

By using Apexfy or opening a store on it, you agree to these terms.

Apexfy is operated by Apex (getapex.tech), a software company based in Egypt.

Account and subscription

• Every new store gets a 14-day free trial. After that you choose a plan: Monthly ($2.99/month, or EGP 149/month for merchants based in Egypt) or Lifetime ($199 one time).
• The Lifetime plan replaces the monthly subscription, but WhatsApp/SMS messaging and AI usage keep fixed monthly quotas.
• If a monthly subscription is not renewed, you get a 7-day grace period. After that the store stops accepting orders until it is renewed — your data is not deleted.
• We take no commission or transaction fee on the sales of your products (0%), there is no setup fee, and the built-in apps are free. Payment gateways (if you use them) charge only their own processing fees.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for anyone you give access to your store.

Content and products

• You may not sell anything illegal in the countries you sell to, counterfeit goods, unlicensed medicines, or offensive content.
• You are responsible for your products, prices, images and descriptions, and for complying with consumer-protection and tax laws in the countries you sell to (for example, in Egypt: Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, including the 14-day return right).
• We may suspend any store that breaches these terms after notifying it.

Liability

We do our best to keep the platform running and secure, but our liability for any damage is limited to the amount of your last month's subscription. We may update these terms and will notify you of any important change in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
