Installment sales and collections
Sell with a down payment and monthly installments, with a markup, a guarantor and late fees. Print the agreement, track what's due and overdue, and collect payments.
Open this page in your dashboardSelling on installments
In Point of sale, add the items, choose Installments as the payment method, then click Sell on installments.

- Enter the customer name and phone (both are required for installments).
- Enter the down payment and how it's paid, the number of installments, and the markup % on the amount financed.
- Pick the first installment date and an optional late fee per installment. You'll see the installment amount and total before you confirm.
- Installments are monthly on the same day. Each one is rounded down to a whole amount, and the difference goes on the last one.
- The markup shows on the sale as an installment markup line, so it counts in your real profit.
- Only the down payment goes into the drawer. The order stays unpaid until the last installment.
What's due and collecting payments
Open POS → Installments. The Due tab lists overdue installments and those due today or this week.

- Collect: enter the amount and payment method. It's applied to the oldest installments first, and partial payments are fine.
- WhatsApp reminder opens a ready-made message to the customer with the amount and due date.
All plans
The All plans tab shows every plan as Active, Overdue or Paid off. Search by name, phone or receipt number, and click a plan to see its full schedule.
Customer link
In the plan details, click Customer link to copy it, or the WhatsApp button to send it. The customer sees their schedule, what's left and the next due date, without their phone number or guarantor details.
Returns
An installment sale can only be returned in full, from Return in the point of sale. The customer gets back everything they paid (down payment and installments, not late fees), the remaining installments are canceled and the plan is marked returned.
