Apexfy Wallet: top up once, pay in one click

The Apexfy Wallet is a USD balance for your store. Top it up once, then pay right from it instead of going through a payment page for every service.

From any page

The wallet icon in the top bar shows your current balance. Click it to open your wallet, top up, review activity and change settings. It appears for the store owner and anyone with the Finance permission.

Top up your wallet

Open Apexfy Wallet from the menu (in the Store section, next to Billing).

1. Your balance (1): what you have now, and what you've spent this month.
2. Top up (2): pick a quick amount ($5, $10, $25 or $50) or enter any amount from $5 to $500, then click Top up now.
3. You'll go to the secure payment page (Fawaterak: card and local methods) to pay. Once the payment is confirmed, it's added to your balance and we email you a receipt.
4. Bonus on bigger top-ups: top up $50 or more and get $5 extra, or $100 or more and get $15 extra. You'll see the bonus under the amount before you pay, and it shows up as its own Top-up bonus entry.

The store owner and staff with the Finance permission can top up (Team and permissions).

What can you pay with it?

• Your plan: on Billing, a Pay from wallet button sits under the online payment button. The amount comes out of your balance, your plan renews right away and you get the usual billing receipt.

  

• Domains: when you buy a new domain on the Domain page, you'll see Pay from wallet if your balance covers it (Connect or buy a domain).
• Apexfy Studio: your free credits are used first, then Studio actions are paid from the wallet at the credit price ($0.10 per credit) (Apexfy Studio).
• Apexfy Magic past the daily limit: if you turn it on (see below), each use beyond the free daily allowance is paid from the wallet (Apexfy Magic).
• “Do it for me” tasks: after the free tasks, each task is $0.10 from the wallet. A task counts once even if it makes several changes, and a change that fails isn't charged (The Assistant).

If your balance doesn't cover something, you'll see that before you pay, and nothing is charged.

Apexfy Magic past the daily limit

1. Turn on Keep going from the wallet after the daily limit (1). It's off until you turn it on. The store owner and staff with the Finance permission can change it.
2. Set Most to spend per day (2). The default is $2. Once you reach it, the tools stop until the next day, and nothing more is charged.
3. Prices per extra use (3): full AI store $0.50, store insights $0.05, product description $0.02, Assistant question (Ask) $0.02, text translation $0.01, review reply $0.01.

Your free allowance is always used first. If something fails on our side, the money goes back to your wallet automatically.

Auto-renew and wallet activity

1. Plan auto-renew (1, store owner): turn on Auto-renew my plan from the wallet and pick how long. Two days before your plan or free trial ends, we renew it from your balance at your plan's price (and at the launch offer price if you still have offer months left). Auto-renew also pays your domain renewals when they come due.
2. If your balance is too low when it's time to renew, we email you so you can top up or pay from Billing.
3. Wallet activity (2): every top-up and payment with its date, amount and the balance after it.

FAQ

Does my balance expire? No. It stays as long as your store exists.

Can I get a refund? Wallet balance isn't refundable as cash, except for errors or duplicate payments. Email [email protected] with the reference from your receipt.

Why does my top-up say “Awaiting payment”? The payment hasn't gone through yet. Once it's confirmed, your balance updates within minutes. If you didn't pay, you can cancel it.

Is this the same as POS Wallets? No. The POS Wallets page is for your shop's mobile-wallet lines (Wallets and reports). The Apexfy Wallet is your balance with us for paying for Apexfy services.
