Order a US business license in your name for one year, add a phone number or address if you need one, and track your order.

Before you start
- Only the store owner can place this order.
- Top up your Apexfy Wallet with your order total: $225 plus any add-ons you pick.
- Have a clear photo of your passport or ID ready, as a JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF up to 5 MB.
Place your order
- Open US license from the menu.
- Enter the Company name, and the state if you want a specific one.
- Upload your passport or ID photo.
- Pick any add-ons you need: a US phone number for $15 per month, with the first month paid with your order, or a US address for $10 for a full year.
- Agree to share your details with Apexfy LLC, then press Pay from wallet.
Your order's status shows under Your orders: Paid, then In progress, then Completed.
Renewal
- License: The renew button shows in the last 30 days of your license and after it ends. Renewal is $150 a year, plus $10 if your order includes the address, charged to your wallet.
- Phone number: It renews automatically every month from your wallet for $15. If your balance is too low, a message shows under Your orders and we try again after you top up. To stop the charges, press Stop phone number.
Only the team handling your order can see your document, and it's deleted when the order is completed or canceled.
You can request a refund of half the amount within 24 hours of payment, and it goes back to your wallet. After 24 hours, there are no refunds. Ask the Apexfy Assistant or email [email protected].
A license can help you apply to more payment providers, but each provider makes its own approval decision.
