Apexfy Pay: online payments without a gateway account

Customers pay on the Fawaterak page, and you get your sales minus Fawaterak's fees only. Available to stores in Egypt selling in Egyptian pounds.

Apexfy Pay is an optional service for stores in Egypt selling in Egyptian pounds. Your customer pays online on the Fawaterak page, the amount lands in your balance, and you withdraw it after the hold period.

Turn it on

  1. Open Payments, then click Request access on the Online payments without a gateway account card (1).

  2. Enter your payout details: InstaPay, mobile wallet or bank transfer.
  3. Review the fees and hold period, accept the terms and send the request.
  4. Once we approve it, you'll get an email and customers will see online payment at checkout right away.
Only the store owner can request access, change payout details and request payouts.

What your customer sees

The customer picks Fawaterak at checkout, accepts your store's refund and delivery policies, then pays on the secure Fawaterak page. Write both policies first in store settings.

On hold and available

Open Earnings from the menu.

  1. Available and On hold (1): funds on hold become available automatically after the hold period.
  2. Request a payout (2): turns on when your available balance reaches the minimum.

Get paid

  1. Click Request a payout and enter the amount.
  2. We send the amount to your account manually, and you get an email with the transfer reference.

You can have one open payout at a time. Editing your payout details pauses payouts for 48 hours to protect your money.

Refund a customer

On the order page, click Refund and choose Apexfy Pay. The amount comes out of your balance, and we refund the customer through Fawaterak. Fawaterak's fees aren't returned.

If a cardholder disputes a payment and it's charged to us, it comes out of your balance. If your balance goes negative, payouts stop until new sales cover it.

Fees

Apexfy takes no commission. Only Fawaterak's fees are deducted from each payment, and they're shown on the card before you turn the service on. Nothing is added for your customer, and you may not add a surcharge for paying online.
