Plan and billing
The free trial, the monthly or Lifetime plan, and how payment and renewal work. No cut of your sales.
Open this page in your dashboardOpen Plan & billing. The top shows your store's status (free trial, active…) and until when, plus your current plan.
Plans
- Basic: a monthly plan — pay for 1, 3 or 6 months, or a year.
- Lifetime: pay once and the store is yours, no renewals. Messaging and AI quotas are still capped monthly.
Each plan's limits (staff accounts, image storage, custom domain) are listed on its card, and prices follow your store's country.
No hidden fees: Apexfy takes 0% of your sales. Payment gateways charge only their own processing fees.
Paying and renewing
- Pick the plan and duration and check the Total.
- Click Pay by card or wallet and complete the payment.
- If you pay before your trial or plan ends, the new period starts after the current one — you won't lose a day.
Your past Payments are listed at the bottom of the page.
What happens if my plan ends?
Before it stops you'll see Renew your plan to keep your store online with the date, then a grace period. If it isn't renewed the store is paused; your data stays safe and the store comes back as soon as you renew.
