Payment link for an order
Send a customer a link to pay for their order online, like orders you take by phone or WhatsApp, and the order is marked paid automatically.
Took an order by phone or WhatsApp and want the customer to pay online instead of cash on delivery? Create a payment link. They open it, see their order summary and pay securely, and the order is marked Paid on its own.
You need an online payment method turned on in your store (like Stripe or PayPal). See Payment methods.
Create the link
- Choose the payment method, check the amount (the order total), then click Create link.
What the customer sees

They see the items and total, tap Pay now, and go to the secure payment page. Their phone number and address aren't shown on the page.
After they pay
- The order is marked Paid, and the order history notes it was paid online.
- The courier doesn't collect anything on delivery.
- If the customer opens the link again, they see This order is paid.
Created the link with one method and want another? Click Payment link again and pick the new method. The link stays the same, and the customer pays with the new method.
