Find products to sell (dropshipping)
Connect your CJdropshipping, AliExpress, Printful, Printify, or BigBuy account, import products at your own price, and have the supplier ship confirmed orders straight to your customers.
Open this page in your dashboardWith dropshipping you don't hold stock: you list the supplier's products in your store at your price, and when you confirm an order the supplier ships it to the customer. You pay the supplier from your balance with them, and the customer pays you for the product.
The page is called Find products and has three tabs: Suppliers, Catalog and Supplier orders. You can connect CJdropshipping, plus AliExpress, Printful, Printify, and BigBuy (beta), and switch between them at the top of the catalog and settings.
Connect your CJdropshipping account

- Create a CJdropshipping account if you don't have one, and copy the API key from your account settings there.
- On the Suppliers tab, click Connect account.
- Enter your CJ account email and paste the API key, then save.
- The status shows "Verifying", then "Connected" within a few minutes.
Supplier settings
- Send confirmed orders to the supplier automatically: when you confirm an order with CJ products, an order is created with them right away. You pay for it from your CJ account.
- Shipping method: type its name exactly as it appears in CJ.
- Ship from: the country of the CJ warehouse that ships the order.
- Pricing rule: a cost multiplier (like cost × 2.5) or a fixed margin over cost. You'll see an example with your profit before you save.
Import products from the catalog

- Open the Catalog tab. Search by name or product ID, pick a category, or filter by where it ships from.
- Each product shows its cost, your price from your pricing rule, profit, margin and shipping time.
- Click Import and set your selling price in your store's currency.
- The product is added to your store as a draft. Click Open draft, review the photos and description, then publish it.
Supplier orders
The Supplier orders tab lists every order sent to the supplier: your order number, items, the Supplier order number, and Tracking with its status. If an order says it's waiting, either your account isn't connected or automatic sending is off.
Connect AliExpress (beta)

- On the Suppliers tab, click Connect account on the AliExpress card. Only the store owner can do this.
- Click Continue to AliExpress, sign in with your AliExpress account (the buyer account you'll pay for orders with), and approve the permissions.
- You'll come right back to your dashboard, and the card shows Connected with your account email.
AliExpress settings

- Send confirmed orders to the supplier automatically: the order is created in your AliExpress account unpaid, and you pay for it there.
- Shipping method: the AliExpress shipping code (like
CAINIAO_STANDARD). It's used when you don't pick a method for the product in the import editor. - Pricing rule: AliExpress has its own rule, separate from CJ's.
Search and import from AliExpress
Want every step through publishing? Read Import a product from AliExpress.

- On the Catalog tab, pick AliExpress at the top, then search in English or paste an AliExpress product link.
- Click + to import in one click with your global rule, or click the product to open the import editor (name, description, variants, photos and pricing).

The editor's Shipping tab lists the methods available to your customers' country, with price, delivery time and where it ships from. Some products ship from warehouses outside China, like the US, so they arrive faster.
AliExpress orders
When you confirm an order, it's created in your AliExpress account and shows under Supplier orders with the AliExpress order number and a My AliExpress orders link. Open it and pay so the seller ships, and we update tracking and status automatically. One order can split into several AliExpress orders when the products come from different sellers.
Printful, Printify, and BigBuy (beta)
- Printful and Printify are print on demand: you design products (tees, mugs, phone cases, and more) in your account there, then import them into your store. These products are yours alone — no other store can see them.
- BigBuy is a European wholesale supplier with warehouses in Spain. Its catalog syncs in the background, and prices are converted from EUR to USD (approximate).

- On the Suppliers tab, click Connect account on the supplier's card. Only the store owner can do this.
- Copy the key from your supplier account as the dialog shows: a private token in Printful, a personal access token in Printify, or an API key in BigBuy (included in their plans with API access, plus a sandbox for testing).
- Paste it and click Connect account. We check it right away, and the card shows Connected. For Printify we pick your shop automatically.

- In the Catalog, pick the supplier at the top. Printful and Printify show your own products; BigBuy shows its catalog.
- Click + to import in one click, or click the product to open the import editor, adjust the name, variants, and prices, and see the shipping methods.

Settings for each supplier:
- Printful: "Send orders straight to printing." When it's off, orders are created as drafts and you confirm them in Printful.
- Printify: "Send orders straight to production." When it's off, orders follow the approval setting in your Printify account.
- BigBuy: Payment method (the wallet pays each order automatically, or PayPal or bank transfer, which you finish in BigBuy).
Disconnecting
Disconnecting keeps the imported products in your store, but new orders won't go to the supplier until you connect again.
